STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

1. Scope of Agreement

- These terms and conditions apply to all sales of products by Taki Time Pty Ltd to the customers through the Seller's online platform.

 

2. Payment

- The Buyer agrees to pay the full amount for the Product at the time of purchase, using the provided payment methods such as PayPal or other accepted forms of payment. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is not received within the specified time frame 24hours.

 

3. Price

- The price of the Product shall be as stated on the Taki Time Pty Ltd website at the time of the Buyer's purchase. All prices are in AUD and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Taki Time Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, already purchases items by the customer will not be modified.

 

4. Shipping Terms and Conditions

- Free Shipping to Australia and New Zealand: Available exclusively for customers residing in Australia and New Zealand. Please select this option only if your delivery address is within these regions.

- International Ship​ping: For all other international destinations. Customers outside Australia and New Zealand must choose this option.

Important Note: Our system currently does not automatically detect the buyer's location. Therefore, it is crucial that you select the correct shipping option based on your delivery address to ensure your order is processed smoothly. Selecting the incorrect shipping option may result in delays or additional charges.

 

5. Delivery

- Taki Time Pty Ltd will deliver the Product to the address specified by the Buyer at the time of purchase. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. The risk of loss and title for the Product shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Product to the carrier.

- Overseas shipping selection is the responsibility of the buyer to select in the delivery methods within the check out screen, if not selected for overseas address (Any countries outside Australia) Taki Time Pty Ltd will cancel the sales order, contact the buyer with options of 100% refund or invoiceable cost agreement as stated on Taki Times shipping screen. 

 

6. Cancellation and Refunds

- The Buyer may cancel the order at any time before the Product is shipped. If the Buyer wishes to return the Product after delivery, Taki Time Pty Ltd return policy will apply. Buyer will be responsible for all return postage cost/fees. Taki Time Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or withhold a portion of the refund if the returned Product is not in its original condition.

 

7. Product Warranty

- The Product may be subject to a manufacturer's 12 month warranty, the details of which will be provided with the Product. Taki Time Pty Ltd makes no additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated in writing.


8. Customer Privacy Agreement

- Taki Time Pty Ltd will ensure that all customer information is not published or shared with any third party organization, ensuring information shared is contained within Taki Time Pty Ltd secured database. 


9. Limitation of Liability

- In no event shall Taki Time Pty Ltd be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the purchase, sale, or use of the Product.
